Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Marketing Manager at Promptmaster, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and website traffic.
  2. Creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok tailored to each platform's unique audience.
  3. Collaborating with the content and marketing teams to develop and promote campaigns, events, and product launches through social media.
  4. Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
  5. Identifying and engaging with industry influencers, bloggers, and partners to expand brand reach and generate new leads.
  6. Managing and moderating online communities, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Staying current on the latest social media trends and best practices, and continually updating and improving our social media strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Providing training and support to other team members on the use of social media platforms and maintaining documentation of social media processes and changes.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the education or technology industry.
  3. Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
  4. Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and shareable content.
  5. Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
  6. Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to implement them in social media content.
