Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Marketing Manager at Promptmaster, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and website traffic.
- Creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok tailored to each platform's unique audience.
- Collaborating with the content and marketing teams to develop and promote campaigns, events, and product launches through social media.
- Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
- Identifying and engaging with industry influencers, bloggers, and partners to expand brand reach and generate new leads.
- Managing and moderating online communities, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Staying current on the latest social media trends and best practices, and continually updating and improving our social media strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
- Providing training and support to other team members on the use of social media platforms and maintaining documentation of social media processes and changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the education or technology industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and shareable content.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to implement them in social media content.
