We are in search of an experienced Website and Software Integration Tester & Troubleshooter to perform thorough testing and debugging of our website and software integrations project-based. Our tech stack includes Zapier, Webflow, Teachable, Tapfiliate, and custom code solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving any link errors, ensuring all integrations are connected properly, and confirming that our software tools function as intended.

Responsibilities:

• Test and debug our website and integrations with software tools such as Zapier, Webflow, Teachable, and Tapfiliate
• Review and evaluate custom code solutions for potential issues and improvements
• Identify, document, and resolve link errors and integration issues
• Ensure that all software tools are connected properly and functioning as intended
• Collaborate with the development team to address and resolve issues
• Provide recommendations for improving the user experience and overall functionality of the website and integrations
• Monitor and report on the performance of the website and integrations, ensuring that they meet our desired outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and software tools to enhance testing and troubleshooting efforts

Requirements:

• Proven experience in website and software integration testing, preferably with tools such as Zapier, Webflow, Teachable, and Tapfiliate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail (to prove this, start your application letter with the word fridge).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with custom code solutions and the ability to evaluate and troubleshoot potential issues
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
